The hostel provides 24 hours uninterrupted water supply for both drinking as well as washing purposes. Hygienic and safe drinking water is provided through RO system. Water coolers are provided in the mess and at each floor of the hostel.
The hostel is providing a full — fledged vegetarian mess facility for its residents. It is equipped with the modern cooking apparatus / equipment to ensure quality, cleanliness and hygiene. Mess facility includes Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks and Dinner.
There is Internet facility in the entire campus to meet the essential educational requirement of the students.
High class professional round-the-clock security service is being provided for the safety and security of the inmates. A vigilant eye is kept to keep the anti social elements and unauthorized persons away from the hostel premises. Adequate parking facilities for the vehicles of the residents have been provided.
The hostel has its own first aid facility for the residents. A nursing assistant is round-the-clock available in the First Aid Room. The hostel has a tie-up with a nearby reputed hospital for emergency cases needing specialized treatment or hospitalization.
Sports facilities like Table Tennis, Badminton, Volley Ball, Chess, Carom etc are available in the hostel. GNH every year organizes a number of tournaments & competitions and suitably awards the participants and the contestants to encourage them.
Two Laundry points are provided for washing and pressing clothes of the residents on payment basis.
An air-conditioned Barber Shop is provided for the residents which caters for their needs of hairdressing and beauty care.
Keeping in view the upkeep of physical fitness of the students, an air-conditioned Gymnasium is provided for the residents which is a paid service.
GNH has a tuck shop to cater for the daily needs of the departmental stores, stationery etc. of the residents. It also provides the facility of a photocopier, computer printer, PCO etc. It also serves snacks and beverages like tea, coffee, soft drinks and fruit juices.
Common Room facilities like TV, musical channel, newspapers etc. are made available in the hostel for the information and entertainment of the residents.
Solar Heaters are provided in the hostel for supply of hot water for the residents.
Pest control is done every week in the rooms and common areas of the hostel to keep the hostel premises free from mosquitoes, insects and rats.
Arrangements are made to provide hot pack lunch to the residents on all working days in their respective colleges and institutes when they are not able to have it in the hostel.
On site maintenance staff like electrician and plumber are available in the hostel to give prompt repair & maintenance cover to the inmates.
A dedicated house keeping facility is provided to the residents to keep the rooms, toilets and common areas neat and clean.
GNH, being an authorized hostel and a Pvt Ltd Company, facilitates sanction of education loan from any bank.
GNH issues bonafide certificates on demand to the residents to help them for availing facilities like opening of Bank Account, getting a mobile connection etc.
Transport facilities are provided to the inmates for their conveyance to their respective colleges & institutes on demand.
An ATM is planned to be installed within the campus in the near future for the convenience of the residents.
